With 6 years’ experience in the retail industry, Mikayla Reddy has grown up within the world of shopping centres, working across Johannesburg and, most recently, Cape Town. Her passion lies in shaping the personality of each centre she works with and bringing creative visions to life from concept through to execution. She is driven by work that carries meaning and purpose, and finds joy in seeing ideas evolve into impactful, real-world experiences.
